Framebridge Review: We Finally Framed the Art From Our Remodel

Framebridge Review: We Finally Framed the Art From Our Remodel

There are some house projects that get finished... and then there are the little things that somehow stay on the to-do list forever.

For us, it was the art.

We did a big remodel over the summer, and once the major work was finished, I was so ready for the part that actually makes a house feel like home — putting things back on the walls.

We had collected several pieces I loved, including a few from local artist Sarah Schools, but they were all waiting for one very important final step:

Getting framed.

Enter Framebridge.

Why We Chose Framebridge

Framing is one of those things I tend to put off.

You buy a piece of art you love, fully intending to get it framed immediately... and somehow months later it's still leaning against a wall.

Please tell me I'm not alone.

After putting so much thought into our remodel, I didn't want to rush this last part. I wanted frames that complemented the artwork and our newly finished spaces without overpowering either.

Our experience with Framebridge was SO good.

Our Framebridge Experience

What I loved most about Framebridge was how much easier the entire process felt than I expected.

Custom framing can feel intimidating. There are so many decisions to make, and when you really love a piece of art, you don't want to choose the wrong frame.

Framebridge made the process feel approachable rather than overwhelming.

And then we got everything home and onto the walls.

What a difference.

The artwork suddenly felt finished. The rooms felt more finished. And some of the pieces we'd had sitting around waiting to be framed finally became part of our home.

It's amazing how much the right frame can change a piece of art.

The Finishing Touch Our Remodel Needed

After a remodel, you're so focused on the BIG decisions — floors, paint, furniture, lighting, finishes — that it's easy to forget how much the smaller details matter.

For me, getting our art framed was one of those details.

Once everything started going up on the walls, the rooms finally felt less like newly remodeled spaces and more like our home again.

And now I'm wondering why we waited so long.

Is Framebridge Worth It?

For us, absolutely.

I wanted our artwork to look professionally finished without turning custom framing into another giant project.

Framebridge gave us exactly that.

The entire experience was easy, the finished pieces look beautiful, and I finally got artwork that had been waiting far too long onto our walls.

THE DEAR LUCY EDIT

FRAMEBRIDGE: WOULD RECOMMEND ✓

If you have photographs, prints or original artwork sitting around your house waiting to be framed, consider this your sign.

Because I've learned something after our remodel:

Beautiful art isn't doing much for you leaning against the wall. 😂

Our experience with Framebridge was fantastic, and getting those final pieces hung was one of my favorite finishing touches from the entire project.
