The Omnilux Contour Face was something I really wanted.
My family gave it to me for Christmas last year, and I was SO excited when I opened it. I had been hearing so much about red light therapy and LED masks, and Omnilux was the one that kept coming up.
Now that I've actually owned it long enough to get past the excitement of a new beauty gadget, I can answer the question I would have wanted answered before buying it:

For me, yes.

What Is the Omnilux Contour Face?

What It's Actually Like to Use
This may be my favorite part.
Using my Omnilux has become an excuse to close my eyes and relax for a few minutes at night.
And I genuinely look forward to that.
I put it on, close my eyes and basically have permission to do absolutely nothing for a little while.
No scrolling. No answering anything. No multitasking.
Just me looking slightly insane in a glowing red mask. 😂
There's something surprisingly nice about turning a skincare treatment into a little nighttime ritual.
The One Problem I've Had With It
It's not the mask.
It's me.
I discovered pretty quickly that if I put my Omnilux away somewhere, I will completely forget that I own it.
Out of sight, out of mind.
And an expensive skincare device isn't doing much for you sitting beautifully tucked away in a drawer.
So now I keep mine somewhere I can see it.
It sounds ridiculously simple, but it has made a difference in how consistently I remember to reach for it.
If you buy one, that's actually one of my biggest tips:
Don't put it away.
Leave it somewhere you'll see it as you're getting ready for bed.
Have I Actually Noticed Results?
Yes—and that's why I'm so glad I have it.
This is the part that ultimately matters to me.
There are plenty of beauty gadgets that are fun for a week and then slowly migrate to the back of a bathroom cabinet.
I keep coming back to my Omnilux because I genuinely love the way my skin looks when I'm using it consistently.
And that's also why I notice when I've gotten out of the habit.
I'm careful about making huge promises with skincare because everyone's skin is different. But personally, I love my results enough that the Omnilux has earned a permanent spot in my routine.
Is the Omnilux Contour Face Worth It?
I think this comes down to one question:
Will you actually use it?
Because this isn't inexpensive.
If you're going to use it three times, put it in a drawer and forget about it, I wouldn't spend the money.
I know this because I'm exactly the person who will forget about it if I can't see it.
But when I keep mine visible and make it part of my nighttime routine?
I love it.
I get the skincare benefits I'm looking for, but I also get those few quiet minutes at the end of the day when I can close my eyes and do absolutely nothing.
And there aren't many beauty products that can give me both.

If you decide to get one, figure out where it's going to live before it arrives.
Not tucked into a drawer.
Not in its box.
Put it somewhere you naturally see it at night.
Because with something like red light therapy, consistency matters far more than owning the device.
